Here at Leabold Financial Management, our staff are our most important asset and we try to go that extra mile to accommodate their individual needs and circumstances so they can maintain a positive and healthy work/life balance.  

Our office is based on the outskirts of a small village in South Wales, surrounded by stunning mountain views and countryside. This greatly contributes to the calm atmosphere of our work environment as we are situated close to nature, as opposed to being weighed down by the hustle and bustle that city life brings.  We are 100m from a train station providing flexibility for those who either don’t have or prefer not to use a car, and we have ample off road parking and plenty of lawn with trees to sit under and work while the sun shines.  

We’re committed to providing all our staff with secure and fulfilling employment that provides the opportunity for each individual to reach their full potential. Everyone who joins us, no matter at what level, is actively encouraged to work towards becoming a board member. The team is diverse and made up by people of differing ages, genders, and backgrounds, all of whom share a common belief in the importance of quality and professionalism. We received a ‘FairPlay Award’ from Chwarae Teg for gender diversity.

We operate like no other firm in the financial advice arena. We don’t organize ourselves around traditional industry practices but pride ourselves in being innovative and vastly different from other firms in nearly every way. A key part of this has been investing in our staff. We push everyone to become a qualified professional, pay for them to do so, and have a training program second to none.
